Key Responsibilities
Provide medical care for residents, including assessment and ongoing treatment.
Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Lead and mentor staff, fostering their qualified growth.
Act as a health‑and‑safety role model for the team.
Maintain the highest standard of work and take pride in all duties.
Qualifications & Experience
Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Relevant nursing degree.
Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
Leadership experience in clinical care.
A genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
