Myndshift Group is partnering with a Tier 1 mining contractor to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support a number of recent projects commencing in August 2026. This role is based in the client’s Perth Airport head office and will play a critical part in delivering end-to-end recruitment for all site positions including blue and white collar.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of site-based machine operator and trade roles along with white-collar technical positions to support project mobilisation and ongoing workforce needs. This is a Monday to Friday, full‑time role, working 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment across blue‑collar and white‑collar site-based roles
High‑volume recruitment to support project start‑up and mobilisation
Stakeholder management with hiring managers and project teams
Advertising, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
Coordination of pre‑employment checks (medical, police, inductions, etc.)
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting
Providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
About You
Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally within mining
Robust exposure to blue‑collar & white‑collar recruitment
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience supporting project start‑ups or workforce mobilisation will be highly regarded
