Clough is seeking a Lead Estimator to drive the estimating function for major Energy & Resources and Vertical Construction bids. You will lead estimators and quantity surveyors, shape bid strategy and align costs with industry benchmarks and Webuild Group standards.

You will own estimates from early development through approvals, collaborate with tender managers and senior stakeholders, and travel as needed for bid studies while delivering validated, well-justified numbers.
