About the Role

You will be expected to have a solid base knowledge and understanding of key taxation legislation and regulations with a proven track record in a small to medium practice.

Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of Tax Returns & Financial Statements for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts Companies and SMSF;
Preparation of Payroll Tax, BAS, FBT & SGC;
Tax Planning & Advice;
Review (team member’s work) and lodge returns with ATO;
Provide support to junior staff;
Liaison with Clients & ATO.





Skills & Experience required for his role
IPA, CPA or CA qualified (preferred);
Handisoft, MYOB / Xero (essential);
Exceptional interpersonal skills (both oral and written);
Solid customer service skills, orientation and focus;
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team workplace and demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving;
Excellent planning and organisational skills;
A high level of attention to detail and time management skills.
