Trade Electrical is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / Internal Sales Support team member to assist with day-to-day operations across the warehouse, customer service, deliveries, quoting and order processing.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous electrical wholesaler experience who understands the pace of a trade counter and warehouse environment.
About the Role
You will assist with a variety of daily tasks, including:
Processing customer orders
Preparing quotes
Picking and packing stock
Receiving and putting away deliveries
Organising and maintaining warehouse stock
Assisting with local deliveries when required
Supporting trade counter, phone and email enquiries
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Working closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure stock, orders and customer requirements are handled efficiently
Supporting streamlined day-to-day operations across sales, procurement and warehouse functions
Hours
We are ideally looking for someone available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm,
however there may be some flexibility with hours for the right person.
About You
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience working in an electrical wholesaler or similar trade supply setting
Good product knowledge across electrical materials and components
Solid attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
A current driver’s licence
Forklift licence preferred, but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
