About the role

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support and Security Analyst to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you’ll provide Level 2 support across end‑user technology, cloud platforms, and up-to-date Microsoft environments, while also supporting cyber security initiatives including alert monitoring, phishing simulations, incident response, and awareness programs.

Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience in a Level 2 IT support, desktop support, or similar infrastructure role
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop
Exposure to cyber security operations (alert triage, incident response, SIEM/MDR environments)
Experience with scripting and automation (ideally PowerShell)
Solid understanding of desktops, operating systems, networking, and end‑user environments
Solid troubleshooting ability and a customer-first mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Providing Level 2 support across desktop, software, hardware, and end‑user issues
Supporting and administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop
Assisting with device provisioning, application deployment, and user administration




Monitoring and responding to cyber security alerts, incidents, and remediation activities
Supporting phishing campaigns and cyber security awareness initiatives
Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and improve services
Maintaining documentation, asset registers, and support procedures
Supporting meeting room technology and audio‑visual systems
Contributing to continuous improvements across IT support, cloud, and security operations
