innovation. About the Role Reporting to the Development Team Lead,
you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining critical
applications across Magentus. Working as part of a collaborative
team, you’ll build recent features, enhance existing products, and
continuously improve our software architecture. Key
responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality
software solutions Collaborate with product, business, and
technical teams Analyse user needs to ensure performance, quality,
and usability Contribute to system architecture and product
innovation Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the

practices About You You’re a motivated software engineer who enjoys
solving complex problems and working in a team-driven environment.
You’ll bring: A degree in Computer Science, IT,



or equivalent
experience 3+ years’ experience with C++, C, and Linux Experience
working in Agile/Scrum development environments, including sprint
planning, stand-ups, and iterative delivery. Experience with
real-time applications Exposure to regulated industries such as
healthcare or medical devices Solid communication skills and the
