CRU - The Crusader Union of Australia is looking for a Staffing Manager for a 12-month maternity leave cover. The role involves overseeing recruitment strategies for CRU Educational Camps and engaging with young adults, ensuring they step into meaningful ministry prospects.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement the Summit Traineeship, manage recruitment events, and support the mission of sharing the gospel. Candidates should have experience in recruitment and solid communication skills!
