Store Manager – The Galeries, Sydney (Full-Time,
Permanent) Location: The Galeries, Sydney Hours: 38 hours/week,
Tuesday to Saturday Start Date: Immediate We’re looking for an
experienced Store Manager to lead our team at The Galeries. This is
a full-time, permanent position where you’ll play a key role in
driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top-tier
customer service. What You’ll Do Lead and support the retail team
with a hands-on, customer-focused approach Deliver outstanding
customer service and ensure brand standards are met Manage store
sales and KPIs Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and
meet targets Handle recruitment, team training, performance
management, and compliance Maintain store presentation and visual
merchandising standards Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a
safe, healthy work environment What We’re Looking For At least 2




years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Results-driven, with a focus on customer service Confident
communicator with great people skills Organised, reliable, and a
problem-solver Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
Fluent in English Passionate about our brand and products What We
