We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This temporary, casual role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality and catering services. The Shift Supervisor will oversee staff, manage daily operations, and maintain high standards of customer service, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
Assist in training current staff members and provide ongoing support to ensure team effectiveness.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.




Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
Prepare reports on shift performance and communicate any issues to management.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a shift leader or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Proficient in basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
