Skills and Experience
Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, with a track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader or Supervisor
Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fueled by solid organisational and time‑management skills
Masterful in both written and spoken communication
Capable of embracing a adaptable rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
