Job Details

Enjoy permanent, Part‑Time employment in our team at Weipa QDL. Work on a rotating roster, 6 days a week (Monday to Thursday) including Saturday or Sunday, 30h per week + weekend overtime. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm.

What You’ll Be Doing
Process inbound/outbound vehicles and record data in our system and handling payments
Handle customer service and weighbridge inquiries professionally
Manage driver run sheets and complete daily data entry tasks
Provide general administrative support including filing, emails, reporting, supplies coordination, and postal duties
Assist with Health & Safety Environment compliance and basic site maintenance (cleaning, bin servicing)
Support monthly reporting
