A commercial fit-out contractor is looking for an experienced contract Site Manager to deliver a 6-week office fitout in Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast.

This is a quick-paced refurbishment, extending an existing tenancy into the remaining floor space. We're looking for an ABN contractor who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of the site.

Well-established fit-out contractor with solid systems and support

The Role:

/n

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring programme, quality and safety are maintained throughout the build.

/n

/n
Managing subcontractors and day-to-day site operations

/n




Coordinating programme and site activities

/n
Maintaining H&S;, QA and project documentation

/n
Working closely with the Project Manager and client

/n
Managing the project through to practical completion

/n/n

The project runs Monday to Saturday, so you'll need to be available to work Saturdays.

What You'll Bring:

/n

/n
Proven experience managing commercial fitout projects

/n
Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence

/n
Current First Aid Certificate

/n
Solid working knowledge of Procore

/n
Competent with Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Office

/n
Breadcrumb experience highly regarded
