Costa Berry is seeking a Packshed Coordinator for our Corindi farm in NSW. You will lead daily packing operations, oversee staff, and ensure protected, effective packing that meets quality standards. Work closely with the Packshed Manager to boost performance and continuous improvement.
The role requires practical leadership in a rapid-paced environment, strong communication, and a commitment to safety, productivity and team engagement. Weekend work may be required during peak periods.
