About the Role

We're doing well, business is growing, and we need another energetic person to join our Professionals team covering key sectors like Accounting, Procurement, Risk, Payroll, and Transactional Finance.

If you have great communication and sales skills, we can train you on the rest. You don't need a background in recruitment to thrive here, our current team includes an ex-electrician, an ex-retail worker, an ex-accountant, and a State Manager with 11+ years in the game (who also started in retail and sales).

What You Bring to the Table
Solid interpersonal and sales skills: you like talking to people and building genuine relationships.
Experience with corporate tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Google Docs/Word, Google Slides/PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Excel) is strongly preferred.
Curiosity (or existing exposure) to learn how specialized markets operate across Finance, Procurement, Risk, Payroll, and Accounting.
Resilience, a valuable sense of humor, and a team-first mindset.
