The Role
Oversee and continuously improve the Pacific compliance program and Annual Compliance Plan.
Provide strategic regulatory advice to leadership and stakeholders across both WTW segments.
Drive functional projects and improvement initiatives aligned to OGC and WTW objectives.
Engage confidently with business clients, government regulators, and external parties.
Report key issues and recommendations to the Head of Legal & Compliance - Pacific and Compliance Director, International.
Qualifications
The Requirements
5+ years' proven experience in compliance.
Strong knowledge of Australian & Current Zealand regulatory frameworks; deep expertise preferred.
Deep experience in financial services laws and regulation (including ASIC); insurance/insurance broking exposure preferred.
Skilled services advisory experience is a plus.
Exceptional stakeholder influence, discretion,
and calm under pressure-paired with commercial pragmatism.
Ability to support compliance aspects of M&A; (including due diligence) and guide regulatory change impacts.
