Our team works across some of the most remote sites in the state, combining practical experience, technical skill and strong collaboration to meet project challenges safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Operating CAT777 or CAT785 Dump Trucks in a production environment.
Being loaded out by excavators and loaders.
Working closely with supervisors and the production team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Identifying and managing hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
Minimising downtime through effective machine operation and proactive reporting.
Contributing to a positive site culture by supporting your crew and leading by example.

Qualifications
Experience operating CAT777 or CAT785 or larger dump trucks in a production environment is essential.
Valid WA driver’s licence.
A reliable, team‑orientated attitude with clear communication skills.
High standards of machine care,



including pre‑starts, inspections and reporting of defects.
A commitment to Iron Mine Contracting’s values of Listen, Think, Commit and Recognise.
Capability to pass a National Police Clearance check.
Successful completion of a pre‑employment medical and LAB drug/alcohol screen.
