Our client is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to be the face of their property management services, and assist with the organic growth of their residential portfolio.

Duties will include;
/n
/n
Building relationships with large existing referral network
/n
Liaising with prospective owners
/n
Preparing initial comparative market analysis
/n
Viewing and appraising property for rent
/n
Ensuring recent managements are handed over to the property management team are compliant and ready for lease
/n
Converting hot leads from the sales team into managements
/n/n
Ideal Candidate
/n
We are seeking a agile go-getter, with experience working within the Property Management industry.
/n
High level communication skills, immaculate presentation, as well as being super personable will allow you to really shine in this role.
/n
A customer service centric personality and intimate knowledge of the residential investment market in Perth.
/n
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this chance.
