Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking a School Improvement Officer - Learning Diversity to join our School Improvement Services Team.

In this rewarding leadership role, you'll partner with principals, teachers and school leadership teams to strengthen inclusive practices, build educator capability and ensure every student has the chance to thrive.

You'll provide expert guidance on learning diversity, legislative compliance, personalised learning, professional learning and evidence-informed practice while working collaboratively across our Catholic school communities.

You'll Bring
A recognised teaching qualification and current teacher accreditation.




Qualifications and/or significant experience in Special or Inclusive Education.
Experience leading learning diversity or inclusive education initiatives within schools.
Outstanding coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for improving outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
