FP&A; Analyst - Looking for excellent First Mover

We're partnering with a well-established business looking to hire an ambitious FP&A; Analyst who wants to move beyond technical accounting and become a true commercial finance partner.

In this role, you'll take ownership of a key revenue stream on the P&L;, working closely with operational stakeholders to understand performance, provide meaningful insights, and influence business decisions.

What you'll be doing:
Partner with leaders across the business to provide commercial financial support.
Own and analyse a key revenue line within the P&L.;
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
Deliver financial analysis that helps drive business performance.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities, presenting recommendations to stakeholders.




Support ad hoc commercial projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who:
Is making their first move from Big 4 or Mid-Tier Audit, Business Advisory or Financial Accounting.
Has strong technical accounting foundations but wants a more commercial career.
Is naturally curious and enjoys understanding how a business operates.
Is a self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships with stakeholders.
Has a genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career in FP&A.;
