Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Drive a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and ongoing development.
Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and wage control.
Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solid commercial results.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Retail Manager in a high-volume setting.
Strong leadership capability with a results-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and team development skills.
A passion for customer experience, brand standards, and commercial performance.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.
