Job Description
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to established brand standards.
Replenishing guest amenities, linen and room supplies.
Reporting maintenance issues, lost property and any safety concerns.
Assisting with linen handling, stock replenishment and housekeeping storage areas.
Maintaining housekeeping equipment and ensuring chemicals are used and stored safely.
Responding to guest requests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Following all hotel policies relating to safety, security and guest confidentiality.
Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Supporting Accor's Heartist culture by providing genuine hospitality to guests and colleagues alike.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
A positive attitude and solid attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
The physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, pushing and standing for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
