We are seeking a caring and energetic female support worker to join our team in Oran Park, NSW, 2570.

About The Role
Supporting a female adult.
Supporting safe access to the community.
Assisting with attending appointments.
Supporting shopping and daily activities.
Encouraging and maintaining routine health and wellbeing.
Providing person-centred support that promotes independence and choice.

About You
Female carer (participant preference).
Must drive with a full Australian driver's licence and own car with comprehensive car insurance.
Experience with schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder (BPD).
Experience supporting people with complex or challenging behaviours.
Calm, patient, and professional approach at all times.
Solid communication skills and valuable spoken and written English.
Ability to follow support plans.

Shifts Available (Ongoing)
Thursday 10am-2pm.
Saturday 10am-1pm.

Additional shifts may be available in the future, subject to needs and roster availability.

What We’re Looking For




Minimum 2 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker.
Proactive approach to supporting clients to achieve goals and maintain community connections.
Physically capable of supporting regular outings and activities.

Compliance Requirements
NDIS Workers Screening Check.
Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Full Australian driver's license.
Comprehensive car insurance.
