Required Skills
Robust ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design experience.
Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
