About the role
In the Customer Service Coordinator role you will work directly with a team that has substantial experience in the water and sewer industry. You will support our customers to grow their business and help deliver exciting projects, focusing on building healthy communities and long‑term sustainability.
Responsibilities
Process stock availabilities, price quotations and provide order‑status advice as well as technical information for general sales order enquiries.
Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into the computer system in a timely manner.
Coordinate both small and large infrastructure projects across NSW and the ACT.
Develop and follow up customers, quotes and tender submissions via Salesforce.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, the Act and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Attention to detail is a must.
Excellent communication skills.
Drive to foster solid relationships with customers, suppliers and the wider network.
