You will lead a team of estimators, provide daily guidance and hands‑on support with cost planning, BOQs, feasibility assessments and tender pricing. Collaborating with Procurement, Design, Drafting and Construction, you will drive estimating accuracy, protect margins and standardise processes across the Medium Density & Projects channel.
