Job Description

Ageing Australia seeks a dedicated dementia care specialist to support people moving from hospital to home or into residential care as part of a Dementia Centre initiative. This fixed‐term contract offers qualified growth and exposure to a current project, with base in Malvern or Yarraville.

You will apply biopsychosocial assessment, implement practical strategies to manage behaviour, and collaborate with families, carers and clinicians to enhance quality of life for people living with dementia.
