Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in the Generative AI domain, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Gen AI solutions that transform how we deliver value to customers and colleagues.

You will work across squads to build scalable, secure, and responsible AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Design and implement Gen AI models and pipelines using LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.

/n
Develop agentic solutions and contribute to the Gen AI platform ecosystem (e.g., GenAI Studio, Secure Studio, Assistant, Gateway)

/n
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.

/n
Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior engineers in best practices for Gen AI development.

/n
Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and privacy guardrails

/n
Contribute to the development of reusable components, templates,



and cookbooks for internal Gen AI use cases

Required Skills & Experience

/n

/n
Solid programming skills in Python and experience with full-stack development

/n
Hands-on experience with Gen AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, OpenAI APIs).

/n
Deep understanding of foundational models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques

/n
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.

/n
Demonstrated ability to deliver Gen AI solutions at scale in production environments

/n
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

/n/n

Desirable Qualifications

/n

/n
Experience in fraud detection, customer personalization, or conversational AI is a plus

/n
Familiarity with agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration

/n
Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
