Our client operates residential property communities, manages low-maintenance housing estates, and provides lifestyle property management services focused on independent adult living.

About the role:

This role manages the end‑to‑end resident conveyancing process , preparing contracts and settlement documentation, coordinating payouts and lodgements etc. Monitoring timelines of exit process and working closing with the other internal teams, to allow for better business decisions and drive customer outcomes.

About you

You bring 3+ years’ experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing/Real Estate Paralegal and a strong track record preparing legal documentation,



coordinating settlements and managing stakeholder relationships.
strong attention to detail and process discipline
organised, detail‑driven and confident managing multiple priorities
excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
the ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently
solid technical skills Microsoft Word and Excel capability
explicit communicator who builds solid professional relationships
enjoy being apart of a high performing respected team and pride yourself on the quality of work you produce
