St Philip’s Christian College invites applications for the Defence School Mentor (DSM) Program, a role that supports Defence students and families in welcoming, integrating, parental absence support and farewelling. This is a temporary, two‑day‑a‑week position that is expected to commence in Term 4, 2026, in the Newcastle region.
The successful applicant will work with school leaders to promote Christian values of care, service and excellence.
