Candidate Manager & Talent Development Specialist

WOW Recruitment is looking for an Account Executive to join a fast-growing AI-powered customer experience and marketing platform. As part of the Commercial team, you’ll help businesses and brands transform the way they engage with customers, manage online reputation, and grow revenue.

Providing brands with AI-driven insights, streamlining their marketing and customer service workflows, and giving them the tools to make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions.
Sector: Commercial/Enterprise
Strong experience in quota-carrying sales as a high-performing individual contributor, selling to enterprise companies.
Experience working within a SaaS and Mar Tech environment is essential.
Able to sell confidently and position concepts such as PPC, SEO, SEM, and contemporary marketing technologies with C‑suite and executive stakeholders.
Proven success backed by awards, top rankings, and verifiable achievements.
Strong experience delivering online demos that create urgency and drive results.
Able to research strategies to build a pipeline, qualify, and target prospects

The role
Manage a full sales cycle, prospecting, demos and closing deals with confidence.




Maintain a high-activity engine, executing strategic calls and outreach daily to penetrate targeted accounts.
Deliver daily product demos, clearly showcasing solutions to C‑Suite executives, key stakeholders, and brand leaders.
Demonstrate real impact for clients by showing how the platform turns insights into measurable business growth.
Drive sales growth by identifying and closing opportunities in our mid‑market and commercial segments, collaborating with high-performing AE and SDR teams.
