Job Description

headspace Roma is seeking a Clinical Lead (Mental Health Clinician) to guide evidence-based youth mental health services in a rural Queensland setting. You will lead service improvement, governance, and current initiatives while maintaining a small clinical caseload and ensuring high-quality documentation.

The role includes supervision of clinical staff, escalation of clinical issues, and travel to partner sites as required.
