Xero is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to own end-to-end science roadmaps within the Product Data Science & Engineering team. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Design to frame problems, define success metrics and drive experimentation from discovery through to decision and iteration.

You will lead measurement strategy for your area, shape how AI is applied to analytics and agentic use cases, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on complex problems.
