A fantastic chance has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Team Member to join our team at our Mitre 10 Keith store . This is a permanent Part Time position with up to 37.5 hours per week, rostered between Monday and Sunday. Saturday hours are 8:30am - 12pm, and Sunday hours are 9am - 12pm.
What You Will Be Doing
Providing excellent customer service, helping them with their orders, and providing them with fast, effective service
Putting away stock, mainly hardware products
Supporting with admin tasks as required
Physical work with some heavy lifting required
Stock and store merchandising
Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within their department
What You Will Bring
Demonstrated strong customer focus and ability to work in a team environment
Background in hardware and retail an advantage but not essential
Knowledge of, or the ability to learn safety systems highly regarded
Ability to assist in the leading of a small team when required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An eye for detail and a sense of urgency
Ability to be available to work across a 7 day rotating roster
Must have a driver's licence.
Forklift Licence highly advantageous
