Job Description
Our team at #AAA is growing, and we would love to welcome anOccupational Therapist in theWestern Sydney area.Full time or part time roles available.
In this role you will:
Complete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community settings.
Set meaningful, person-centred goals informed by real life routines and support needs.
Provide recommendations for environmental modifications across home, school and work settings.
Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence.
Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.
Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
