They are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support 2 advisers with strategy development and documentation, particularly for retirement and recontribution strategies.

About the Role
/n
You will work closely with advisers to support high‐quality advice delivery, including:
/n
/n
Fact find conditioning and strategy support
/n
Preparation of Statements of Advice (SoAs and RoAs)
/n
Supporting retirement planning, pension and recontribution strategies
/n
Working within established advice frameworks and processes
/n
Liaising with advisers to ensure accuracy and quality of advice documents
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
3‐5+ years' experience as a Paraplanner in an Australian advice firm
/n
Robust understanding of retirement strategies, superannuation and pensions
/n
High attention to detail and solid written communication skills
/n
Comfortable working closely with advisers in an office‐based environment
/n
Experience with Midwinter highly regarded
/n/n

Salary guide: $90,000 – $110,000 + super (depending on experience)
