Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience) + Super

About the Role: To support our growth, we’re looking for a passionate Audiology professional to join our team. As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support.

Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and career development, while thriving in a rapid-paced setting that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.

In this role, you’ll work across two Specsavers Audiology locations – Ballarat and Wendouree , giving you variety in your week and the opportunity to play a vital role in expanding quality hearing care to the local communities.
This is a Full-Time chance,



and the regular roster will include workingeither every other Saturday or every other Sunday.

Skills & Experience: In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;

Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
