We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to establish and drive a central program and project management function for a dynamic organisation. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for someone with a passion for governance, process improvement, and enabling teams to deliver complex initiatives effectively.

What You'll Do
/n

Establish, lead, and continuously improve the PMO function, including tools, templates, and reporting processes.
/n
Provide oversight and governance for programs and projects across the organisation.
/n
Track progress, manage risks, and provide explicit reporting to senior leadership.
/n
Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and performance management.
/n
Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in project delivery.
/n
Lead and mentor PMO staff to strengthen organisational capability.
/n/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
Demonstrated experience leading a PMO or program management function.
/n
Strong knowledge of project and program management frameworks (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, P3O) and governance practices.
/n
Proven ability to deliver oversight, reporting, and assurance across complex initiatives.
/n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/n
Ability to lead change, embed best practices, and influence organisational culture.
/n/n
Qualifications & Experience
/n
/n
Tertiary qualifications in project/program management or related discipline.
/n
Qualified certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, P3O highly desirable.
/n
Experience managing multiple projects or programs in a professional workplace.
/n/n
