Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of work, we're looking for experienced professionals to join our team.

We are currently seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Leading Hand to join our Mackay-based team.

Applicants must have the following:

Relevant trade qualification, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent

Valid Construction Industry White Card

Current valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Demonstrated experience within the building and construction industry

Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Team Leader or similar role

Ability to lead and coordinate a team and day-to-day site activities





Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

About the Role:

Based in Mackay, you will be involved in a range of building projects across Central Queensland.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a robust work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead and work effectively within a team setting. Working alongside Project Managers, team members and other trades, you will play a key role in delivering quality projects and supporting the continued growth of our building operations.
