Key Responsibilities
Providing legal advice across corporate, commercial and operational matters
Supporting major projects, strategic transactions and M&A; activities
Managing and reviewing legal policies, governance frameworks and compliance programs
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
Advising on regulatory obligations and legal risk management
Partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver practical legal solutions
Qualifications
A commitment to positively contributing to a safe, inclusive, high-performance culture
Legal qualification (LLB or JD) and a current Australian Practising Certificate
Experience in a reputable law firm, in-house legal team, or a combination of both
Experience supporting corporate, commercial, transactional or major project activities
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
