Job Description

We are seeking Product Owners to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST) business area.

As a Product Owner, you will prioritise, define and deliver fit-for-purpose end products. Acting as the voice of the client or end-user, you'll work closely with key business partners to understand the product vision and ensure the agile team focuses on the highest-value work.

You'll balance business value, organisational goals, client needs and associated risks to determine what should be built and in what order to maximise value.

You will be a key liaison point between the cross-functional agile team and business partners, building robust relationships, providing strategic advice, negotiating priorities and establishing goals. You'll help define the roadmap for products and services, ensuring development progress aligns with the intended end state vision.

Transparent communication will be essential to help agile teams understand scope, requirements, expected perks and overall objectives.

As the product's subject matter expert, you will support business needs throughout the product's entire lifecycle.

/n

Products within EST can range from user-facing identity verification services through to back-end products that facilitate access to ATO's online services.

/n

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle or Wollongong.
