We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Microsoft Dynamics delivery team. You can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit PMO team that genuinely values collaboration, flexibility and work/life balance. You'll work alongside talented Project Managers across ANZ, with a leader who understands the realities of project delivery and is committed to helping the team succeed.

You'll play a key role in:
Delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programmes, working with clients, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into successful outcomes.
Lead the delivery of complex Dynamics 365CE projects and strategic initiatives
Bring together multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes
Partner closely with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and delivery plans
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies
Drive governance,
reporting and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

We're interested in people who combine robust project leadership with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently navigate complex environments.
Experience working for a consulting or technology vendor (essential)
Strong project and programme management experience across multiple teams and workstreams
Experience delivering projects using Agile, Dev Ops or hybrid delivery methodologies
Solid analytical and problem-solving capability, with a data-driven approach to decision making
Public sector experience (highly regarded)
Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2 or PMP/PMI
Experience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, or Jira and Confluence
