We are seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, a successful candidate will work closely with clients and stakeholders to analyse business requirements, configure Odoo ERP solutions, and ensure successful system implementations

Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders, performing process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and requirements mapping.
Develop functional specifications, business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-advantage analyses to support solution design and decision-making.
Recommend ERP solutions, process improvements,



workflow optimizations, and technology enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Manage the full lifecycle of Odoo ERP implementation projects, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams to design, configure, implement, and deploy solutions on time and within scope.
Configure Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Project, Purchase, and Helpdesk.
Develop test plans and test scenarios, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track and resolve issues, validate solutions, and support successful deployment.

Skills and Experience:
Master’s degree in ICT preferred but not a constraint
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
