About the Role

You'll support site operations across multiple recent-build Defence facilities, coordinating trades, enforcing safety, and ensuring work is delivered to spec and schedule. Ideal for a hands-on supervisor looking to step into Defence work.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate site trades
/n
Maintain WHS and QA standards
/n
Monitor progress, materials, and subcontractor performance
/n
Report daily to the Site Manager and Project Manager
/n
Uphold Defence security and site compliance requirements
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
Trade-qualified Carpenterwith solid site supervision experience
/n
Experience on large commercial or government builds
/n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
/n
