We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Capability Lead to drive Dev Ops capability uplift within a client environment. This role focuses on enabling business agility, promoting Dev Ops best practices, and mentoring stakeholders in the effective use of Azure Dev Ops.
You will play a key role in fostering a CI/CD culture while supporting change adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of Dev Ops practices across the business.
/n
Train and coach client business teams on the effective use of Azure Dev Ops.
/n
Promote and embed CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) practices.
/n
Support organisational change by driving Dev Ops capability and adoption.
/n
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes.
/n
Champion business agility and continuous improvement initiatives.
/n/n
Required Skills & Experience
/n
/n
Intermediate to Senior-level experience in Dev Ops or related delivery roles.
/n
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops.
/n
Demonstrated experience in Business Agility and agile ways of working.
/n
Experience delivering training, coaching, or knowledge transfer to business and technical teams.
/n
Robust Change Management skills with the ability to drive user adoption.
/n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
/n
Passion for promoting Dev Ops best practices and a robust CI/CD culture.
/n/n
Mandatory Requirements
/n
/n
Current Baseline Security Clearance.
/n
Ability to work in a hybrid workplace based in Canberra.
/n/n
