Job Description
Plan and execute testing and validation procedures for engineering projects.
Develop detailed test plans and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyse test data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with design and production teams to address issues and implement solutions.
Document test results and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Maintain testing equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functional.
Support product development by identifying potential risks and failure points.
Stay updated on the latest testing technologies and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Test and Validation Engineer should have:
Robust technical knowledge of testing and validation processes in Automotive manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in using testing equipment and data analysis tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
A degree in Mechatronics engineering or a related field.
