About the role

Administration & Business Support

Manage phone calls, emails and client enquiries
Maintain company documents, templates, Share Point and filing systems
Assist with staff records, onboarding and leave administration
Schedule meetings and support general office administration
Order office supplies, uniforms and equipment
Assist with reporting, data entry and general business improvements

Provide day to day administrative support to directors and project staff

Project Support

Assist with preparing client quotations, fee proposals and tenders

Support project setup, documentation
