Monadelphous are seeking a Document Controller to join our PNG Operations team on a full-time, two-year contract based in our Brisbane office.
Maintain up to date records of all project related documents
Receipt and record details of all incoming drawings and documents
File drawings and documents
Maintain the electronic project filing system
Manage and distribute controlled documentation to the team
Own and organise document access
Produce weekly document control reports for Project Management
Provide other tasks to support the Division as and when required
Previous experience in document control processes
Experience using Ineight preferred
Proficient user of MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
Proven ability to work as a team player, eagerness to learn new systems and work in energetic settings
Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
