Your Day Will Involve
Acting on complex commercial litigation and high-value disputes
Advising on corporate, commercial, and contractual disputes
Working on construction, property, and insolvency-related disputes
Assisting with defamation and reputational matters, including urgent applications
Supporting regulatory investigations and commissions of inquiry
Engaging in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
Drafting pleadings, submissions, and legal advice while progressing matters efficiently
Who You'll Be Working With
You will work closely with a highly regarded dispute resolution partner who is recognised for expertise across commercial litigation, advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution, with experience advising boards, CEOs,



and senior stakeholders on high-stakes disputes and risk.
The team is known for handling business-critical matters across corporate, construction, property, insolvency, and intellectual property disputes, with a strong focus on strategy and outcomes.
Who Will Fit This Opportunity
You'll thrive here if you have:
2–5 years PAE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
Strong experience across commercial or civil disputes
Excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills
A commercial mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-performing environment
