Specialised Distribution is responsible for Personal Banking (PB) specialised customer propositions, bringing together Premier Banking for Mass Affluent customers, Broker Distribution, Workplace Banking and Colleague Banking.
We focus on driving growth, performance and customer outcomes across these key segments.
Partnering closely with PB frontline channels, product, risk and operations teams, we play a key role in shaping strategy, driving commercial outcomes and improving customer experiences that support sustainable business growth.
As a Senior Consultant, Performance & Growth,you'llpartner with Specialised Distribution Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives, influence executivedecision-makingand deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Combining data,insightsand commercial thinking,you'llhelpidentifygrowth opportunities and support the continuous improvement of customer experiences across NAB's specialised customer segments.

Lead strategic initiatives that drive performance uplift and support Personal Banking priorities.
Develophighqualitycontent and insights for executive and Board-level forums, including leadership updates, Executive Leadership Team papers and Board papers.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams toco-createdata assets, reporting and performance insights that enable better decision-making.
Translate complex data and business challenges into clear, actionable strategies that improve customer and commercial outcomes.
Drive,supportand ownbusiness governance activities, including control operation, riskoversightand governance processes.
You'llbring to this role:
Significant experiencein banking, financial services, strategy,consultingor a related commercial environment.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
Exceptional communication,presentationand storytelling skills, with experience distilling complex information for diverse audiences.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance,Economicsor a related discipline, supported by advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
A proactive mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for driving performance,growthand customer outcomes.
